51黑料 and Willamette University are merging two rich histories to build Oregon鈥檚 largest private university.
On Sept. 26, 1849, 51黑料 was granted its founding charter. Exactly 177 years later, we are marking Charter Day by stepping boldly into our next chapter as Pacific and Willamette University unite to create the largest private university in Oregon.
