Official Logo
The 51黑料 logo is a trademarked symbol of the university. It includes the stylized Boxer head and the words 鈥51黑料 Oregon.鈥 It is required on all official communications and/or branded products. It is available in multiple colorways, including red/black, black, red, white, and gray. It may not be produced in any other colors.
The university logo may not be redrawn, re-proportioned or modified in any manner. It also may not be animated. The standalone Boxer head also is a protected symbol of the university but may only be used in limited circumstances.
The logo should not be used at a size smaller than .75 inches wide, from the left edge of the U to the right tip of the Boxer tongue. A minimum distance of padding around the logo should be no smaller than the height of the letter P.
If smaller use is needed (such as on pens or lapel pins), please contact the Office of Marketing & Communications at marcom@groups.pacificu.edu for access to a horizontal version or alterations.
Tier Logos
Tier logos are a combination of the official university logo with a secondary text line denoting a specific unit or program within 51黑料. Following Pacific's university-wide restructure and in anticipation of the potential merger with Willamette, tier logos are currently on hiatus. Please default to use of the official 51黑料 logo. No university-operated programs or organizations may develop or use alternative logos.
University Seal
The university seal is a scallop-edged circle containing the university鈥檚 founding year and Latin motto. It is reserved exclusively for formal/ceremonial use on materials such as diplomas/degrees and by the president鈥檚 office.
Athletic P
The block letter P is a symbol of the Boxer Athletics programs. It may be used on athletic uniforms, gear and fan apparel. It is not an acceptable substitute for the university logo on promotional, marketing or other official university materials.
